Drug Store Concealers

I’m a firm believer in good drug store face products. Why pay $25 for a concealer when you can find something almost identical for half the price?! I’ve rounded up my favorite “drug store” concealers to share with you. I know there’s like 40 different options to chose from at the drug store, so maybe this post will give you a guideline and make your life a tiny bit easier!

Maybelline Fit Me Concealer: This concealer is said to be a dupe for the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer. And I have to say, it’s probably the closest thing you’ll find to the $30 concealer at a Target. This concealer provides really great coverage and isn’t super drying. It’s not the most hydrating concealer in the world, but it’s not bad. This concealer can crease at times under the eye if you have oily skin, but as long as you don’t mind smoothing it out with your finger once or twice throughout the day, this concealer is great! Plus it also has an SPF of 15! You can purchase this here for around $5!

Skinfood Salmon Dark Circle Concealer Cream: You can’t really get this concealer at the drug store, but it’s very budget friendly, so I though I’d include it! This is probably my favorite concealer for dark circles. This salmon colored concealer is awesome for canceling out those blue and purple tones. I find that this concealer is very hydrating for you babes with dry skin (me!!!), but it doesn’t crease or look oily! I like to use this concealer underneath a brightening concealer as a base. This product is made in Korea, and it used to only be available for purchase there. But, you can now purchase it on Amazon for about $8! This concealer very closely resembles Benefit’s Erase Paste, which was my ride or die for years. But, better yet it’s less than half the price!

LA Girl HD Pro Concealer: This concealer is hands down the most budget friendly concealer I’ve purchased. This concealer provides a light coverage, but is very buildable. I’ve never had it crease, but I do have very dry skin so it may work differently on oily skin. It has a brush applicator which makes it easy to pin point where you need it. Also, this product comes in 20 shades including multiple color correction shades. I really like to wear this concealer in the summer time because it does have a lighter coverage. You can purchase it at Ulta for less than 5 bucks!

NYX Gotcha Covered Concealer: This is my absolute favorite drugstore concealer right now. This stuff stays put all day. I mean all day. Aside from this being my favorite, it definitely is the thickest drugstore concealer in this post and provides the best coverage. Sometimes thick concealers can settle into you lines and wrinkles, but that doesn’t happen with this stuff! It stays where you put it all day while providing awesome coverage. You can purchase it here for only $5.99!

I know that everyone has different skin and like different coverage. These are what I’ve found works with my skin, but I really hope you can give them a try to see if they work for you. There are so many different options for concealers at the drug store and it can be overwhelming at times when you’re trying to find what you want! So I hope this post will be a good starting place for all you babes to find out what works for you!

Hey there! I'm Abby. I'm just a blonde girl, with a blog, from a small town. I LOVE fashion and beauty and getting ready. And I am a firm believer in using clothing and makeup to highlight your best features, not mask them. I grew up dancing at a studio and on a team, and now I can't stop! (Thanks Mom). I love getting ready in the mornings and I love dressing to make myself feel good. It gives a certain sense of confidence that I love. I've started this blog with the intentions of sharing all my favorite things style and beauty with the hopes you'll love them too. I also want this blog to help other girls find what gives them confidence. Because there is nothing better than seeing a woman who KNOWS she looks good. Thanks for giving Girl With The Golden Locks a read! xoxo, abby
